What is an art party, you say? Well, it's a party...about art! On the first Friday of each month of the year, we open our doors to a new display from an area artist. We have drinks and light snacks, listen to some live music, and gather around the creations of our monthly visiting artist. Our sweet shop dog Lady roams around and gathers pets from all who stop in. We love it because we get to brush shoulders with all of you lovely people who make, support, and appreciate art.

This month, you’ll find Maddie Rice’s first solo exhibit entitled “Unsent Letters” in which she has explored multiple mediums across a variety of art forms. Maddie masterfully brings original paintings, collage, block printing, and more to life on canvas, clothing, printed goods, and functional art in her uniquely colorful and dreamy style.
