Scott Hooker

Scott Hooker is a Finger Lakes based photographer who has spent the majority of his life in the region. After graduating from the University of Kansas with a degree in journalism, Scott worked for both the Democrat & Chronicle in Rochester, NY and The Evening Tribune in Hornell, NY as a full-time photographer.
Throughout his life, Scott’s passion has been photography. He spent over 40 years as a commercial photographer, photographing over 500 weddings and special events, countless number of family portraits, and 100s of high school seniors.
Scott turned his attention to landscape photography in the late 2000s, spending most of this time in the Finger Lakes region. Scott has received numerous accolades for his work and has displayed his photography at galleries throughout the region.
